Matt is a litigator and trial attorney representing clientele in complex business, commercial, product liability, intellectual property, real estate and mass tort litigation.

Matt graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2001, became an equity Partner at the world’s largest business law firm DLA Piper LLP, and has litigated hundreds of cases to resolution through trial, arbitration and settlement. Matt litigates in state and federal courts throughout the United States, and his experience in these areas ranges across pre-dispute counseling, mediation, arbitration, trial and appellate practice. The Daily Transcript named Matt a Top Attorney for Corporate Litigation and his trial results have been featured in the Top Verdicts legal publication.

Matt earned his undergraduate degree from UCSD and has practiced law in San Diego for over 23 years. He resides in Carmel Valley with his wife and their three children.
