Amanda Wiesner

Amanda Wiesner specializes in mass tort and fire litigation practice, having represented thousands of clients affected by utility-caused wildfires. Since 2016, she has facilitated millions of dollars in settlements for wildfire victims and their families. She also specializes in medical mass torts and has successfully obtained settlements for hundreds of injured plaintiffs caused by faulty or defective products.

Before joining the firm, she attended the University of California, Santa Cruz as an undergraduate student, where she volunteered at the public defender’s office serving indigent clients accused of crimes. She continued volunteering at the San Diego County Public Defender as a law student at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she received the Outstanding Criminal Clinic Intern Award in 2014 for her service. She also served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
